Donations and Creative Giving
Clothing Donations
Please donate your gently used maternity clothes and infant clothing up to size 2T. We also accept most other
baby furnishings in good condition except for used cribs, car seats, and swings. Our Mother’s Pantry for clients is
made up entirely of your donated items.
Monetary Donations
Your donations are welcome and greatly appreciated. Alternatives.Yes is a non-profit, 501(c) (3) organization.
The funds we receive from the PA Department of Public Welfare through the Alternatives to Abortion Program
cover only part of the cost to operate the center and help our clients with needed infant items. Donations given
by groups and individuals make up the rest of our budget. A receipt for your charitable donation will be mailed to
you upon request.

Other Creative Giving
Organize a Baby Shower, Giving Tree, or Diaper Drive
- Your church group or social organization can host a baby shower or make a ‘Giving Tree’ with the gifts
being donated to Alternatives.Yes . A Diaper Drive is another great way to help us.
Baby Bottle Boomerang
- Your can organize a fund raiser using baby bottles supplied by us. This event is popular in classroom
settings and any group where children and teens are involved. People can fill the baby bottles with their
spare change for a specified time period. The change adds up quickly, and every little bit counts.
